1. Who we are

OneTap Black is a booking agent. We list vehicles, vessels and properties that are owned, operated and fulfilled by independent operators, and we help you send them a request. We are not the rental company, the charter company or the host.

2. Requests are not bookings

Sending a request does not create a booking. A rental exists only when the operator accepts your request and you complete payment with the operator. Availability and prices shown on the site are subject to the operator’s confirmation.

3. Payments

We do not collect card numbers or payments on this site. You pay the operator directly. The total shown for a listing includes all mandatory fees. Any refundable security deposit is shown separately and is held and returned by the operator under its terms.

4. Operator terms

Each rental is governed by the operator’s own rental, charter or stay agreement, including its eligibility requirements, insurance requirements, cancellation policy and usage rules. You are responsible for reading and following them.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact details and information about your party.
• Meet the age, licensing and insurance requirements shown on the listing.
• Follow applicable laws and the operator’s instructions during your rental.
