How it works for operators
- The calendar tool is free. Block dates, mark maintenance and sync with your own calendar by iCal.
- Requests arrive with dates, party size and an all-in quote. You accept, decline or counter from a private link, with no password.
- The customer pays you directly, by card, on your terms. We are a booking agent, not the merchant of record.
- No listing fee and no monthly fee. We earn commission only when a rental we sent you is completed. Your rate and payout terms are agreed in writing before you go live.
What we ask of every partner
- A signed partner agreement and permission to use your photos on the site.
- Yachts: a licensed captain, charter insurance and a valid certificate of inspection for the passenger count.
- Villas: a state license number and a property that is zoned for short-term rental.
- Cars: commercial rental insurance and a clear renter policy.
